Terms & Conditions

  1. Discount Offer: Enjoy an average discount of 12.5%, adjusted by region. A tailored proposal with the relevant regional discount will be provided upon enquiry.
  2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to childcare centres with an average daily attendance of over 50 children, who sign up to our standard terms of service and begin services with The Wellbeing Food Co. as a new customer by 31 December 2024.
  3. Discount Application: The 12.5% discount applies to items on our Spring/Summer menu, effective from the first day of service and valid through Friday, 31 January 2025.
  4. Billing: The discount will be calculated based on your region’s standard prices and automatically deducted from your weekly invoice up until the promotion end date.
  5. Non-Stackable: This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  6. Changes and Cancellations: The Wellbeing Food Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.  Unless cancelled earlier, this promotion will end on 31 December 2024
  7. Standard Terms: All other standard terms and conditions of The Wellbeing Food Co. apply.
  8. Non-Transferable: This discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  9. Payment Terms: All standard payment terms apply. Discounts will be void if payments are not received by the agreed due dates.
