Our simple and easy meal preparation takes away the daily hassles and time constraints of having to make and cook food from scratch. Simply heat and serve with clear, simple instructions using standard kitchen appliances. There is no need for a full commercial kitchen if you don’t already have one and minimal food planning and preparation skills are required. Food delivery is guaranteed regardless of whether you have kitchen staff available on the day or not – and preparation is so easy, anyone can jump in and prepare the meals if necessary.
Our menus come to life with a home-based cooking philosophy to achieve ‘super-yum’ status.

AS/NZS4801 and AS ISO 22000 (HACCP Based Food Safety System). Our suppliers are HACCP approved and we have a documented supplier approval procedure in place.

At The Wellbeing Food Co, we cater for culturally-sensitive dietary needs by offering Halal certified beef and chicken, excluding pork on our menu, and offering vegetarian meals.
The Wellbeing Food Co removes the need for complicated and time-consuming meal planning. Meals are consistent and available, without worrying about in-house chef absences. Processes are simple, fast and safe, so your team is freed up to focus on caring … and making mealtimes fun! Of course, any new process takes adjustment. Our menus offer food from all around the world, which is an integral part of helping children expand their taste palate and appreciate the fantastic foods from other countries. The children will enjoy a variety of foods from Italy, India, Mexico, Asia, Germany and many more.
Our menu ensures each meal day provides more than 50% of a child’s daily fibre requirements (NRV’s) and more than half of their daily serves of fruit and vegetables.
Meals and menus are developed in accordance with nutritional guidelines such as that of the Dietitians Association of Australia and the Eat for Health document released by the federal Government
Our unique technology automatically analyses over 100 allergen ingredients against individual dietary needs.
The algorithms do complex analysis: generating meal plans that maximise health benefits and taste value while automatically excluding allergens and restricted foods.
It generates tailored menu options with safe (and scrummy) alternatives in seconds.
The combination of complex allergens and corresponding dietary needs in our centres grows each day.
We have recently completed a major upgrade to our Meals Logic Database (MLD). Our bespoke ingredient elimination algorithm runs 24/7, every 15 minutes, verifying allergen issues with any child entered into our system. As part of our inclusive approach, we also ensure our special diet meals are as close to the main meal as possible so children with special dietary needs don’t feel left out.
Each meal is delivered in an individually sealed package with the child’s name and room, the day and the allergens listed on the label to reduce any chance of cross-contamination and maximise safety.
All serving sizes are age appropriate and are in accordance with the ‘Eat for Health’ required food serving sizes for Australian children.
We’re also committed to continuous nutritional analysis and modifying serving sizes for different age groups as required.
The Wellbeing Food Co welcomes feedback from Centre staff as we continuously work to refine our menus and meals to ensure we are providing easy efficiencies for you, with nutritious and tasty meals that children enjoy! This can be completed through the online ordering portal.
We strive to help protect the planet, minimise our environmental impact and support other likeminded organisations. We use fully recyclable baking trays and biodegradable baking trays for special dietary needs. We work to ensure minimal food waste by injecting great taste and we undertake careful route planning to reduce food miles.

Our commercially prepared meals are created in a controlled environment, ensuring zero cross-contamination. Allergy-safe meals are individually sealed to eliminate guesswork. In fact, we have carefully researched and introduced trays especially for this purpose, with a new high-quality seal. Clear and specific labelling takes the worry away – as well as strict our quality and food safety compliance.
